Veg Indian Diet
Breakfast:-
6:00AM – 1 Glass hot water with lemon and honey ( to detox our body)
7:30AM – 1 bowl Oats with low fat milk + 5-7 Almonds
8:00AM – 1 Fruit (any)
Lunch:-
12:30PM – 1 Bowl Brown Rice + 1 Katori vegetable (panner , rajama etc) + salad
Snaks:-
4:00PM – 2 Slice Toasted Brown Bread + Tea/ Coffee ( low sugar & low fat milk)
Dinner:-
8:00PM – 2 Roti / 1 bowl Brown Rice + Vegitable( rich protein vegitable) + salad
Walk Around 10-15 Minutes after Dinner
9:00 PM – 1 GlassLow fat Milk
Non-Veg Diet
Breakfast:-

8:00AM – 1 Fruit (any)

12:30PM – 1 Bowl Brown Rice + 1 Katori Chicken + salad

Dinner:-
8:00PM – 1 Roti / 1 bowl Brown Rice + Vegitable( rich protein vegitable) + salad + 4 Egg Whites
Walk Around 10-15 Minutes after Dinner
9:00 PM – 1 GlassLow fat Milk
